Contingency: (25% ) We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
Engaged: (23.5%) This is when a $2000 deposit is put down for us to dedicate an entire search team to your search. This shows our commitment to you as does your down payment show your commitment to us. Remaining balance is then due 14 days from start date.
Retained: (20%) This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
